Pixton is a web site where you can create your own comic strips, comic block or comic character. Think about creating an comic/clip art character that explains a process or has a conversation with another character. Students have created a conversation between the two kidneys (for Science) and a square and a rectangle talking about why they are not "twins." Get creative!
To use Pixton:
1. You must create a FREE account
2. Access on-line via a web browser

BitStrips is a web site where you can create comic book characters where you can decide the body type, hair color, eye shape, etc. Much like Pixton (above) you can create a clip art character that can be used on your web site, handouts, etc. BitStrips can also be used to illustrate a graphic novel, etc.
To use BitStrips:
1. You must create a FREE account
2. Access the web site using a web browser
Once you have an account, you can begin creation. Once done the comic or character can be e-mailed to your account or shared with others.
